Policy Rules

Refunds - We are not to allow any customer refunds. Though, you may contact us if there are any issues and/or concerns with your order. In doing so, we will give our best attempts to accommodate you.

shipping policy - Please allow all items to be shipped within 5-7 business days. Packages may be delayed due to shipping service providers or be delivered ahead of schedule. On hand items may be shipped faster than expected as well. Please understand that we are not responsible for any lost packages. 

TRACKING: After your order has been shipped out, we will provide confirmation and tracking numbers via email and/or phone number.
